- 45 grams light olive oil
- 35 grams water
- 15 grams apple-cider vinegar
- 40 grams ginger, peeled, sliced
- 30 grams Dijon mustard
- 1 large Medjool date
- Pinch of salt & pepper
Method:
- Blend 35 seconds, speed 9.
