Summer Smoothie

Hello, 

This is a quick little number packed with zingy flavours. If time poor you can prep the day before by peeling and chopping your pineapple and kiwi then just dropping it in the bowl, and you’re off to a delicious start to your day.

Makes: 2

Preparation: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams coconut water
  • 125 grams water
  • 20 grams baby spinach
  • 110 grams pineapple
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 teaspoons organic shredded coconut (to serve) 

Method:

  1. Pop all ingredients except shredded coconut in the TM bowl, blend 1 minute speed 10.
  2. Pour into glass and top with shredded coconut and enjoy. 

Tips:

Try swapping banana out with frozen mango or for a more like juice consistency add another 250 grams of coconut water to thin the mixture out.
