When is it OK to have a Mango Lassi for breakfast?… Whenever you can get your hands on some Mangoes!

Preparation: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 caramom pods
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 400 grams overripe mango flesh
- A squeeze of lime juice
- A handful of ice cubes
- 60 grams cold water
Method:
- Bash the cardamom pods with the back of a knife to open the pods. Remove seeds and place in the TM bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute 30 seconds on speed 10.
- Serve immediately.
