Preparation: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
- 200 grams frozen blueberries
- 85 grams Icelandic yoghurt
- 75 grams almond milk
- 35 grams rolled oats
- 20 grams honey
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon organic shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Method:
- Place frozen berries, yoghurt, milk, oats and honey in the TM bowl. Blend for 1 minute 30 seconds on speed 10.
- Transfer smoothie mix to a bowl and top with fruit, coconut and seeds. Serve.
Tips:
Use other frozen berries instead of blueberries for the smoothie. Additonally, you can top with a fresh fruit of your choice instead ok kiwi fruit.
Icelandic yoghurt is slightly more decadent than Greek yoghurt. It is milder in flavour and has more protein. Either yoghurt can be used in this recipe.
