Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 2 large bananas (chopped and frozen)
- 125g milk
- 45g rolled oats
- 25g Manuka honey
- 40g Greek-style yoghurt
Topping:
- 1 mango
- 1/2 punnet of raspberries
- 1/2 punnet blueberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp pepitas
- 10 almonds
- 1 tsp Manuka honey
Method
Add smoothie ingredients to the bowl and blend for 1 minute, speed 9.
Scatter with summer fruit, chia seeds, pepitas and almonds and add an extra drizzle of honey.
Serve immediately.
Tips
Use seasonal fruit for the topping. You can change up the superfoods you sprinkle on top to what you have in the pantry. Make it your own!
